Just in time for National Coffee Week, Flat Brew have introduced a whole new food trend, changing everything we’ve ever known about the possibilities and limits of coffee.
It has taken the team nearly a year to finalise the all-new Esprespread, and ingredients include a blend of Arabica coffee, cocoa butter, a little sugar and cream, creating a spread that ‘doesn’t alter the pure and simple taste of the coffee beans’ (Flat Brew).
There’s 35g of coffee in each Esprespread jar, so it does still give a really good caffeine kick. I do slightly question the taste of the Esprespread; naturally, it sounds quite bitter and my immediate thoughts of the taste aren’t exactly mouth-watering, although that’s all the more reason to give it a go and find out!
It looks like we’ve now got the perfect opportunity to combine what we love at breakfast the most – coffee and carbs!
