Leek & Sun-dried Tomato Pasta

Another week, another fresh treat straight from the vibrant Gousto kitchen. This week we’ve been introduced to the modern, Italian twist on a familiar pasta dish. The combination of the balsamic-infused rocket and leek pasta topped with a garnish of roasted mixed nuts will wake up your taste buds to a whole new realm of flavour and all-round great food.

Spend only 25 minutes in the kitchen and create this masterpiece of a dinner. This is a quick, easy and clever way to spice up and broaden your cooking skills; the simplest way is usually the best way and this is a fantastic example of how well that actually works in the kitchen.

This has been particularly handy today as I’ve been needing a little meat detox and the innovative combination of flavours infused in this Italian dish is exactly what I’ve been needing and it’s a great refresh button on a particularly veggie diet.
