Another tasty treat from Gousto this week!
I love an Indian dish, however this time, I’ve just been feeling more on the veggie side, so I decided to compromise with myself by going vegetarian but still getting the great Gousto experience.
With the combo of fresh ginger, chilli flakes, nigella seeds and crunchy peppers, this veggie take on a traditional Jalfrezi offers the whole deal; a new, crisp kick of the delicious curry that we all know and love. It’s also really quick and easy to make; it’s a pleasant surprise after a long day to get to make a dinner so delicious in just 30 minutes.
Stuck for dinner/lunch ideas this week? This is a definite must. It’s also really easy and fun to improvise with this type of dish so, take away or add as many veggies as you like, add or leave the chicken out, it’ll make a fab meal.
